Our Bagwork/Cardio Kickboxing classes focus on conditioning, coordination and weight management. Students learn how to use the hanging bags, striking dummies, and other specialized training equipment, as well as interactive drills to get a challenging workout.
The various and multiple bags, dummies, and pads not only make it easier to learn and develop proper techniques, your workout will be safer and more effective and never again consist of just punching and kicking in the air.
Drawing on Experience
We have successfully trained many full-contact fighters over the past 30 years, some of whom have gone on to excel in Thai Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts events.
The science behind our Kickboxing classes draws on this background, presenting to students all the benefits of training without the risks associated with contact. Because of this our class is often popular with teens, adults, parents of students, and non-martial artists.
