World Tournament Fundraiser

7:00pm – This evening is the Final Event Fundraiser to benefit the FWMA students who made the US National Stickfighting Team. This team will be competing at the Global Stick & Blade Alliance (GSBA) World Championship Tournament in Rome this July.

We will be holding a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle, and other FUN events, as well as having live music from Mr. Sipin’s band “Shakey Ground.”

Hardened Target/Training Solutions – Adopted by Italian Airforce

HT/TS Program tested, approved and adopted at the “72nd Wing, Italian Air Force Base, Frosinone, Italy”. Andrea Citarelli, HT and TS Director in southern Italydeveloped a hybrid training program for the Military, combining “Hardened Target” (stop the threat) and Training Solutions (Use of Force Training for LE / Security) programs. Andrea ran pilot programs at the base, and one of the military Firearms Instructors attended Firearms/Airsoft Training with both Andrea and Tom Sipin. Because of his insight into blunt and edged weapons, and his knowledge of Law Enforcement, use of force, and physical confrontation, Mr. Sipin is often called upon to testify as an expert in his field. Cold Case Files on A&E Click here to view the clip(WMV format, 1.07 MB) In 2001, Mr. Sipin appeared in an episode of Cold Case Files, produced by Kurtis Productions, Ltd., for the A&E Network. The Case   Entitled "Footprints in the Snow," the segment was part of Hour 25 of the Cold Case Files. The case involved an unsolved murder in which a homemade Martial Arts-type weapon known as a Nunchaka was used. Mr. Sipin provided insight to the investigators into the nature of injuries possible with such a tool, and the likely cause of the injuries documented on the body.
